Return Window
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags are attached.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is included.
How to Initiate a Return

- Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide:
- A return shipping label.
- Instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Send your item to this address:

Note: Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Perishable goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
