We want you to love your MeQueen purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a straightforward return process.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags are attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is included.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at kashif.mequeen@gmail.com to request a return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide:
    • A return shipping label.
    • Instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Send your item to this address:
    7/8 Lovji Bhimji Estate, Dharavi Cross Road, Kuttiwadi, near Kohinoor Sweets, Mumbai - 400017, MH, India.

Note: Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, contact us at kashif.mequeen@gmail.com.
